We received a critical feedback that the ball bearing of the plant caddy was damaged. We are deeply sorry for this situation and understand that we haven't done enough!
We will check every product before it is produced for the market, and check it again before packaging. We don't want any customer to receive defective products. After all, we are also shoppers and understand this feeling very much.
However, the transportation link is not controllable after all, and violent transportation may occur in the process, resulting in the falling off of steel balls (in fact, we are equipped with more surplus quantity when producing each bearing steel ball). If this happens to the products you receive, please be sure to inform us and we will give you a satisfactory treatment scheme!
Finally, thank you for your feedback and supervision, so that we can continuously improve our products. I sincerely wish you all a good mood every day.
