Remove and Store: After the recommended time, remove the mask and store it back in the refrigerator or freezer for future use. For the Cooling Eye Mask: Chill the Eye Pads: Like the face mask, place the eye pads in the refrigerator or freezer for about 1-2 hours before use. Apply the Eye Mask: Gently place the chilled eye pads over your eyes. The cooling effect can help reduce puffiness or provide migraine relief. Relax: Leave the eye pads on for about 15-20 minutes, or longer as needed for comfort.
